I really hope that you love all your purchased items, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that unless the item is defective, you are required to pay the return postage yourself. Once I have the item back, I will process your refund within 14 working days.
If I have made an error or the item is defective, please get in touch as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from receiving your order). I will gladly either replace the item or offer a refund.
Refunds details
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your products (with the exception of any made-to-order and personalised products). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.
If you have received the products before you cancel your contract then you must send the products back to me at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but I have already processed the products for delivery you must not unpack the products when they are received by you and you must send the products back to me at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified me that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to me from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account within 14 days of me receiving the returned products, provided that the products in question are returned by you and received by me in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the products delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, I will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the products from the amount to be re-credited to you.
You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty products.
Personalised products
Personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from my returns policy and you cannot return them unless they are faulty.
If you have made an error while ordering, e.g. a spelling mistake, please contact me as soon as possible. If you do not contact me within an hour of placing your order, I may not be able to re-work your item and I will be unable to offer you a refund.
Digital products
Given the nature of digital content, all digital products available on this website are exempt from the refund policy and no refund will be processed.
