By using this Website, you agree that these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Condition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any of these Terms & Conditions are held to be invalid, the remaining Terms & Conditions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

When you use this Website you agree to use it only for your own personal, non-commercial use, anything else is prohibited without my permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this Website without my prior consent.

You may not use this Website or the content of this Website in ways that are not authorised by these Terms & Conditions nor may you help anyone else to do so.

Product specifications

I make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and its settings and specifications, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product on delivery. 

Any weights, dimensions, capacities and colours provided about the products are approximate only.

Discount codes/Vouchers

Only one discount code/voucher can be used per transaction. Discount codes and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, multi-buy purchases and already discounted/sale items.

Acknowledgement of your order

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

When you place an order on this Website I must receive payment in full before the order can be accepted. This represents an offer from you to purchase the products. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that I have safely received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by me, and I will send you a second email to confirm the acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us will only be made when I send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the contract. Only when you received an email confirmation is a legally binding contract created between us.

I aim to correctly reflect my current stock level on all products, however, there are occasions when a product ordered may not be in stock. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, I will contact you via email or telephone (if you have provided your details while placing the order) and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order.

Changes to order

You are able to make changes to your order up to the point when you click on the Proceed to PayPal button at the Checkout.

Cancelling an order by me

I have taken care in the preparation of the content of this Website, in particular, to ensure that prices displayed are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been described accurately. However, orders are subject to acceptance and I reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if I have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered; I do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by me from my suppliers.

If I do cancel your contract, I will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by me from your credit/debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of your order.

Delivery & Shipping

Most handmade items will be dispatched within 3 working days. If you need an express delivery, please get in touch.

I will aim to deliver the products by the date quoted for delivery on this Website but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond my reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and I will contact you.

The products will be delivered to the Delivery Address that you specify at the Checkout. It is important that this address is accurate. I cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you, a neighbour or to your designated safe place. Once products have been delivered to you, a neighbour or to your designated safe place they will be held at your own risk and I will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

MUGS

Mugs are sent to you directly from my partner company and so shipping for these is charged separately. If you order something handmade (e.g. a bookmark or a card) as well as an item from my partner company (a mug) then shipping will be charged for both items separately. 

Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of the products you order from this Website to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. I recommend you contact your local post office to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs before placing an order on this Website.

Returns and Refunds

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your products (with the exception of any made-to-order and personalised products). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you have received the products before you cancel your contract then you must send the products back to me at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but I have already processed the products for delivery you must not unpack the products when they are received by you and you must send the products back to me at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified me that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to me from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account within 14 days of me receiving the returned products, provided that the products in question are returned by you and received by me in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the products delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, I will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the products from the amount to be re-credited to you.

You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty products.

Due to the nature of personalised and made-to-order items, I am unable to offer refunds on personalised or custom products.

Liability

I use reasonable care and skill to provide my products in accordance with my specifications, however, the products are provided “as is” and I cannot and do not guarantee that the products will meet your requirements. 

If you do not receive products that you ordered within 21 days of the date on which you ordered them, I will have no liability to you unless you notify me in writing of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the products (unless this is not reasonably practicable).

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase products from this Website. The importation or exportation of certain products sold on this Website to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. I make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the products you purchase.

Damage to your computer

I try to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. However, I cannot guarantee that your use of this Website or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer or your device. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the Website. I will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment or any other device as a result of using this Website.

Third-party services

If you use a service, feature or functionality that is operated by a third party and made available through this Website, or if you visit a website linked to from anywhere on this Website each party’s terms will govern the respective party’s relationship with you. I will not be held responsible or liable for a third party’s terms or actions taken under the third party’s terms.

This Website must not be framed or embedded on any other website.

You may link to any page on this Website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage Little Blue Fawn’s reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on my part where none exists.

I reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with applicable local, national or international law, regulations and good industry practice.
