Processing time
Each clay keepsake is handmade to order in my studio in Wales. Due to the handmade nature of each piece and the time required for the clay to dry and cure properly, processing time is typically 5-7 working days, excluding delivery.
Some non-personalised clay keepsakes may already be in stock and ready to dispatch. Where stock is available, I aim to post orders the same or next working day. If you would like to check current processing times before ordering, please feel free to get in touch.
Shipping
Your handmade clay keepsake will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in an eco-friendly gift box, making it perfect for gifting and easy to wrap if desired.
To help ensure your order arrives in plenty of time for birthdays, celebrations, or special occasions, I recommend placing your order well in advance. Processing times and postal services can occasionally experience delays, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas and other holidays.

This personalised keepsake can be sent directly to your recipient, making it a thoughtful ready-to-gift present.
If you would like to include a gift message, please leave your note in the Order Notes box at checkout, and I will include it with your order. Be sure to enter your recipient’s name and delivery address during checkout so the gift can be sent directly to them.
