Processing time

Each clay item is handmade to order in my studio in Buckinghamshire, England.  Due to the handmade nature of this item and the time it takes for the clay to dry, the processing time for this item is 1-2 weeks (not including delivery).
Non-personalised clay items may already be in stock, so their processing time will be quicker. If you’d like to check the processing time before purchasing, please feel free to contact me.

Please note, the colour on the screen may slightly differ from the finished product due to light/screen differences and the handmade nature of the item.
Please note, as each item is handmade and hand stamped, there might be slight variations from item to item which add to the uniqueness of the item and is not a defect.

Shipping

The item will be wrapped in tissue paper and will come in an eco-friendly box which makes it easy to wrap up (if you wish to) and gift to someone.

To ensure your item arrives in time (especially due to the current Royal Mail and postal delays around the world), I would advise placing your order well in advance, just in case.
